I tried Moon Cheese because I thought it might be an easy snack to keep around, but it didn’t really work for my diet. The sodium and fat felt way too high for me, and it’s not exactly ideal if you’re trying to watch calories either. I also didn’t love that when I had questions, it felt like there was no real human contact, just the usual automated stuff. Overall, not for me and I won’t be buying it again.

When it showed up, it already tasted stale and just not fresh at all. I reached out about it, but the response made me feel like I was being talked down to, which made the whole experience even more frustrating

I really thought I was going to enjoy Moon Cheese, but I’m not totally sure the texture was for me. Some pieces were so hard that they felt almost too dry, and a few had this kind of chalky bite that ended up sticking in my teeth.
The flavor was fine, I guess, but with snacks like this, the texture makes a big difference. For the price, I just expected it to be a little more enjoyable to eat.

My order ended up taking way longer than what the site originally said, and the tracking info was basically useless most of the time. I emailed customer service twice just trying to figure out what was going on, but only got one short reply that didn’t really explain anything. the lack of clear communication was the most frustrating part. It felt like I was being annoying just for asking a simple question. By the time the package finally arrived, I was already over it. I probably won’t order again if shipping and updates are going to be this messy.

I wanted to like this more because the snack itself isn’t bad, but the bag was so much smaller than I expected for what it costs, and then trying to open the packaging was weirdly annoying because it felt like everything was going to spill out, and once I finally got into it there was so much air in there that it just made the whole thing feel even more disappointing, like you’re expecting a decent amount and then realize there’s barely anything to snack on

I was actually kind of excited to try this, but after the first sip I just felt disappointed. The flavor tasted a little weird to me, and then I kept thinking maybe it would grow on me, but nope, it really didn’t. I’m not mad about it or anything, just bummed because I hoped I’d enjoy it. Definitely not something I’d buy again.
